Last week Buccleuch Honey “Tina” came third in the same Trial that saw Buccleuch Jazz “Kim” qualify for the English Springer Spaniel Championships to be held at Dunira Estate in January.

Chapel Farm was at Galloway Country Fair at the weekend and whilst the weather on Saturday may have consisted primarily of heavy showers, broken by lighter ones; it could not dampen the spirits of those braved the elements and had really enjoyed their day.
Galloway Country Fair takes place this weekend 17th and 18th of August. It promises to be a fun day for all the family with a huge amount of things to see and do.

Monday the 3rd September saw a beautiful day in Dumfriesshire, not for the first time this year but nearly.
This was all the more convenient as it coincided with a Training Day at Chapel Farm Kennels which was for those lucky enough to win the competition featured in Shooting Times.
Despite getting into training for the big day Charlie Chapel couldn't get the best of the competition.
